OUR PROCESS

Truly understanding our client’s needs and visions for their interior spaces is the cornerstone of our designs.  We begin our collaborative process with an Initial Consultation where the goal is to learn about who you are, what you love, and how you use your space.  We will walk through your home and discuss your project, take the necessary measurements, and photo document the existing conditions of your space as required. If you have inspiration images, a Houzz account or Pinterest boards, we will view them together and discuss how we can incorporate the things you love into your new space.

Drawing from your story, we will create a design solution that is unique to your personal lifestyle and needs. CAD generated space plans and furniture layouts will be developed and refined. Preliminary furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories are selected to create a comprehensive design scheme that will be presented to the client for review and revision.

Once the final design is approved, we will place and expedite all orders, track  their progress through our trusted vendors, and communicate their status throughout the entire project. Site visits are scheduled and installations are managed until the design vision becomes a reality. At the end of any project, we measure success by the happiness of our clients throughout the process, from start to finish. Our involvement continues even after the installation as we always work  to accommodate our clients and their ongoing needs.
